FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE and REASONABLY PRICED A week ago (10/18) our brother was traveling from Baltimore to visit with us. As he got closer to Johnson City his car was over heating and the power steering stopped working. He pulled over on State of Franklin, upon opening the hood he saw that a serpentine belt was broken. He called for AAA tow truck. We found a number for JC Auto Repair and made arrangements for a repair. Being late afternoon on a Saturday we were told they would have it repaired late Monday or early on Tuesday. After their inspection they found that two tensioning pulleys were seized and needed to be replaced. He received a call notifying him of the repair estimate Monday afternoon. On Tuesday morning he received a call that his vehicle was ready. Great results!

I bought my 2011 F-150 Platinum from Bristol honda, and they royally screwed me! I took them at their word on so many things, and I bought a straight up lemon. They sold me a truck that had no oil and no transmission fluid, the sunroof leaked so bad that when it rained a week after buying it, I lost my backup camera, my heat and air, my alarm and horn, and many other electronic accessories. I have had that truck to three different mechanics, and now it is at its fourth mechanic which is JC Auto Repair. They are the only ones that looked over my truck with a fine-tooth comb and told me that there was a 4-in lift on one side and a 2-in lift on the other and the $800 worth of work I just had done two months ago has to be completely redone because they used stock ball joints and control arms on a lifted truck. They even noticed that the previous mechanic did a front end alignment with the specs for a 2009 F150 King Ranch two-wheel drive! JC Auto has my truck in the air right now, and I promise you I refuse to go anywhere else. They have been terrific! I know this is a long review, but I feel it is worth it to let you all know everything. They know that I do not have a lot of money, and Tammy spent hours trying her best to come up with a plan to get my truck fixed in stages so I don't have to dump $2,500 in it at once. JC Auto Repair will be getting my business from here on out.

I have a cadillac ats, needed my transmission fluid changed sealed transmission basically means its a real pain, took a little longer than we all thought but got it done, pual is a pretty good dude hes honest, Tammy in the front very knowledgeable great quotes, d my mechanic really good guy, all his techs are good people, their a new shop just getting a foot hold, I highly recommend them, u can watch them work on your vehicle Paul will show u on the lift the problems instead of just claiming u need this or this he shows u other shops dont do that. D showed me my trans pan cleaned it up real nice good people for real yall show them some love

The owner of this shop is incredibly honest and the head mechanic is very knowledgeable. My Audi A4 broke down as I was headed to perfect north and we had it towed to this shop. JC looked at my vehicle immediately, as we were from out of town. He determined the problem was very serious, and even recommended us getting a second opinion rather than just charge us for something we didn’t really understand. He then called us a tow just so we could take it to another shop. Incredible customer service. Incredible person! If I was ever in Johnson City again I would take my car to this shop.

Had been given some new brake rotors and ceramic pads by my son for my Suburban. Called many shops in the area and could not find a shop that would install them for me. Not until I called Paul. Paul came through and today I went to his shop and Jimmy worked on my truck. Great guy and great work. I am very pleased with the repairs and will definitely be bringing my Suburban back when it’s time for service or repair. Well worth the drive from Kingsport.
