As he got closer to Johnson City his car was over heating and the power steering stopped working. He pulled over on State of Franklin, upon opening the hood he saw that a serpentine belt was broken. He called for AAA tow truck. We found a number for JC Auto Repair and made arrangements for a repair. Being late afternoon on a Saturday we were told they would have it repaired late Monday or early on Tuesday. After their inspection they found that two tensioning pulleys were seized and needed to be replaced. He received a call notifying him of the repair estimate Monday afternoon. On Tuesday morning he received a call that his vehicle was ready. Great results!
